Miriam Rodriguez continues to be amazing. I’ve kind of appointed her my own personal rep—well over a year ago, I started email her directly whenever I have a question, and she’s always incredibly helpful, and simply lovely to interact with. She’s patient, professional, and knowledgable. I’m a little intimidated by insurance, but Miriam is so approachable that she takes all the stress out of it! Highly, highly recommended.
