She enjoys being able to provide her expertise in the medical insurance industry not only to out English-speaking clients but those who speak Spanish as well. She understands the stress that comes with insurance so providing the freedom of care to clients contributes to her dedication to the industry. She is loves movie nights with her family and exploring new places to eat and shop.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Ashleigh has loved this city. She is fond of helping others and takes pride in being personable. Ashleigh’s professional experience has given her the skills to quickly learn about the ins and outs of medical insurance and is always more than happy to help clients over the phone and those walking in. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, is passionate about animal advocacy and creates beautiful art.

Alondra is from the SoCal area but is an avid traveler, attending all 50 states. She enjoys delivering great service and greets our clients routinely. She is very artistic and likes to draw and partake in arts and crafts. Her beloved hamster, Biggie Cheese, was featured in the Steven's Pet Appreciation Day postings on social media.

I was born and raised in the Pacific North West, where the rain never stops. I love exploring all the cities around the world. Going above and beyond for every client that comes my way will always be my top priority. Communication is top-tier to me! I am motivated by success and seeing my clients satisfied.

I was born in Guatemala first language is Spanish. I came to the United States 17 years ago. I love spending time with my family, my husband, and my 6-year-old son, going to the park and playing sports or going for ice cream and serving in the kids ministry and worship team at church. I enjoy helping others wherever it is that I am if there is a need.

Kimberly has a dedication to to social services converge. She is a proud alumna of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she studied Communication. Kimberly's internship experience in the social services industry focused on various communication-related tasks, has further fueled her commitment to making a difference in the lives of those she serves. Denise is from Lompoc and has been here most of her life except for when she moved to Texas for about a year and a few years later to Tennessee for almost 5 years. With her past work experience all of the positions she has held have been based around customer service. She worked retail at Mervyn’s to Chumash Casino to call centers for Cell phone service to Medicare Part D at CVS Caremark. While she was a caregiver for her grandmother, she went to Allan Hancock College and completed her degree for my AA and also a certificate of Completion for Medical Billing and Coding course. In her free time, she likes to either stay at home and just relax or take small day trips with her family.

Spencer is originally from Illinois. Shortly after Highschool he enlisted in the US Army and served under the Adjutant General Corp. Upon Completing his service, he moved out to Northern California and found a passion for Ballroom Dance. He competed professionally in the US and Mexico for 5 years. Upon retiring from dance, he continued his passion for helping people, using his Human Resources and interpersonal skills gained from his career here at Stevens and Associates. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys coaching students at UCSB in dance, hiking/camping, working out regularly, and tabletop games.

Shireen moved to Santa Barbara in 1982 and graduated from SBCC with a degree in graphic arts and print. She has over 30 years experience in print and marketing. Passionate about helping people especially seniors. In her spare time, she likes to fish, boat, walk, read, cook, travel, and binge watch movies with her friends.

Nicole was born in Santa Barbara and raised in Mexico. She has over 12 years of customer service experience and enjoys helping people, especially Spanish speakers to help them understand the insurance world. In her spare time, she spends time with her significant other and family, bike rides along the beach, creates makeup looks, and paints.

Hannah moved here to Santa Barbara at the beginning of 2019 from San Luis Obispo. She loves spending her free time outside in the sun, at the beach, and hiking. She also loves eating great food so she’s always looking to try new restaurants, and plans on traveling the world.

Jackson is originally from the Bay Area. He moved to Southern California and graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a business degree in marketing. He enjoys creating solutions for businesses and providing value to various marketing strategies, including digital marketing. Outside of work, Jackson is passionate about sewing, going to the gym regularly, and playing beach volleyball.

Leo is originally from Northern California and recently moved to Southern California to pursue a business degree at UC Santa Barbara. He is passionate about providing exceptional client satisfaction. In his free time, Leo enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and playing piano.

Raj is from the Central Valley and recently moved to the Central Coast after graduating from the University of California Riverside. He manages timelines and teams ensuring the successful implementation of unique projects. In his spare time, Raj enjoys watching basketball and going to amusement parks.
